My name is Ben Holloway and I am a Branch Manager for Mountain West Financial, Inc. My commitment to Mountain West Financial, Inc. began in 1996, and still goes strong to this day.
My number one priority is to assist my Loan Officers in providing the highest level of service to our borrowers and referral partners through a structured environment with accountability.
I believe the partnership between a Loan Officer and their Branch Manager must be of equal value. What each of us brings to the table must benefit us in the most positive way. Each day I am focused on creating this value for my Loan Officers.
I take great pride in knowing that my dedication and guidance assist the growth of my Loan Officers in the advancement of their Professional Careers.
I manage multiple locations, and can pair my Loan Officers with an office that will be best for their business and individual style.
Service was excellent and the loan process went smoothly. We received weekly updates which helped keep us on track.
Your commitment to meeting timeframes was excellent. Support from your staff was always there when I needed it and they were most obliging to my numerous calls. I really cannot suggest any needed improvements. All aspects of the experience were made as smooth as possible.
