Jordan was fabulous! It was my first time working with her, as my usual lender could not lend in that complex. I found her information of another recent listing and asked that all offers cross qualify with her since I knew she was experienced with the ins and outs of the litigation. She was very communicative, prompt, and did a great job moving things along. The buyer’s agent was pretty inexperienced so Jordan was a life saver in keeping things timely with the buyer. I would absolutely hope to work with her again.

I had a great experience with Jordan Navarro at Mountain West Financial. I was just browsing the housing market, but then a home in the right location and price came on the market. I contacted Jordan on a Wednesday (the day the listing showed up on Zillow), got her my financial info on Thursday, and had a PreApproval letter by Friday. This was key because the home I was interested in had 6 other offers within 3 days, and my offer was the last one the listing agent would bring to the seller! After the seller accepted my offer Jordan worked with me by running dozens of scenarios to show me the pros and cons of different down payment amounts. I didn't quite realize how much paper work buying a house was, and Jordan was prompt in contacting me for any documentation she needed me to provide or sign. My real estate agent also told she appreciated Jordan's professionalism, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. Everything went as smoothly as possible, which was a great relief, not only because buying a house can be stressful, but also because I was dealing with intense fatigue and morning sickness. I am so lucky I found someone I could trust to get the job done, and I'm so happy to be settling into my very first home!
